What a great idea. Closing my eyes and focusing on my breathing is all I have!!!! Seeing all the books on my shelf waiting to be read, the walks I could take but don't, and the projects left untouched. I feel as stubborn as an oak, not as flexible as bamboo... But I know I need to bend, no matter how strong the wind. Driven by love, I need to keep walking... Thanks for this reminder; it means a lot

Thank you Dwina for your meditation insights, I lived in an ashram for a time where we practised meditation in the early hours as well as chanting. I still play the tablas as part of a Bhakti-yoga band I have been in for 25 years. Beautiful writing.
